Elikonas exists to expand equitable access to education and workforce development for people who've built real skills outside the systems built to recognize them — through work, through life, through certifications and apprenticeships and self-directed study that never made it onto a transcript.

We're incorporated as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation, which means this mission isn't a mission statement we could quietly walk back later — it's written into our governance. Changing it requires a two-thirds supermajority vote of our shareholders. That's not a marketing choice. It's a structural one, meant to protect the trust this platform depends on.

We believe your record of what you've learned should belong to you — portable across every job and institution you'll ever touch — not locked inside a school's system or an employer's HR platform. And we believe getting there matters as much as any single credential does: Elikonas is built to work alongside traditional education, not replace it, for people whose paths didn't — or won't — look like a straight line.
