Elikonas, a Public Benefit Corporation ("Elikonas", "we", "our", or "us") offers an SMS/text messaging program to keep you informed about our progress, our invite process, and other Elikonas news, if you choose to opt in. These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe how our text messaging program works, including consent, message frequency, costs, and how to opt out. They apply specifically to text messages sent by or on behalf of Elikonas, in addition to (not in place of) our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data more broadly.

You opt in to this program by checking the applicable box and providing your phone number on an Elikonas signup form. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of creating an account, purchasing a founding membership or subscription, or using any Elikonas Service. You may use the Services without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies. We do not currently commit to a fixed sending schedule, and the number of messages you receive will depend on what's happening with Elikonas at a given time.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Elikonas is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies to messages sent or received through this program.
You can opt out of Elikonas text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send you one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from Elikonas unless you opt in again. You may also opt out, or update your phone number, by updating your notification preferences within your account settings, or by contacting us at support@elikonas.com.

This program is intended for use with major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and message delivery may vary by carrier, device, and location.
Information you provide to opt in to text messages, including your phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers collected for SMS consent purposes with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The date these terms were last updated is identified at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check this page periodically for updates.
